We are a dedicated gluten and wheat free bakery producing reasonably priced, quality, appetizing food. Our range, which is extending all the time, includes pies, quiches, sausage rolls, savouries, slices and cakes. Most of our pies and a range of cakes are dairy free and we are trialling some sugar free products too.

Drawing on our baking expertise, we've adapted the Ernest Adams time honoured recipes to create a range of gluten free classics that are made using the finest quality ingredients and carefully baked in our dedicated gluten free bakery - so now you can enjoy our delicious baking that tastes just like home made. Products (all gluten free) include Raspberry Slice, Chocolate Brownie Slice, Caramel Slice, Chocolate Cake, Jamaican Ginger Cake, Lemon Cake, Double Choc Cookies, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Ginger Cookies.
