Coeliac Awareness Week - 10 to 16 June 2019
This year's Coeliac Awareness Week will be from the 10th to the 16th of June and this year it’s all about coming together for the gluten free community. Together, the aim is to raise awareness about coeliac disease and living gluten free, and the impact it has on every one of us and our families. Throughout the week, we’ll be working to educate New Zealanders about what it means to be coeliac-safe and what it takes to follow a gluten free diet for life, so that we can all live better together.
The annual Coeliac NZ Conference falls during Coeliac Awareness Week, taking place in Wellington on Saturday 15th June. The conference is an opportunity to hear about the latest developments about the Nexvax2 clinical trials from renowned Professor Bob Anderson and other New Zealand and international experts on gastroenterology. You’ll also have the opportunity to receive practical nutritional and dietary advice about gluten free living. For more information please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or go to our website to find out about our speakers and book tickets.
Throughout the week, we encourage all our members to get involved – keep an eye out for local events and activities and more conversations about Coeliac disease and gluten free living. To learn more, connect with us on the Coeliac NZ Facebook page.
