It is with just a tinge of sadness that I announce my standing down as President of CNZ. This will be effective from mid-November. Many of you will be aware that I had signalled my intention earlier in the year and I am extremely grateful to Catherine Murray for agreeing, in the interim, to take on the role of President and to the Executive team for their support as we make this transition.
It’s now time for someone else to step up and join our fantastic team. I urge you to consider whether you (or someone within your circle of contacts) has the enthusiasm and skill base to be part of the Executive team. This is a real opportunity for you to make a positive difference in shaping the way CNZ, your organisation, positions itself moving forwards. Please find further details in the advertisement below.
For me there have been many highlights. As I prepare to leave I have a great sense of fulfilment and satisfaction for what I have gained personally and for what we have achieved as a team. It goes without saying that the people I have met along the way have been key to this. Might you be inspired, just as I was six years ago, to take a more active part in helping CNZ to determine its future?
