Reason for Recall:

Green Monkey are initiating a full recall of their Green Monkey Organic Baby Food pouches due to a packaging fault, which could lead to a very low risk of foreign matter (plastic) finding its way inside the pouch.

Comments:

All Green Monkey pouches should not be consumed.

There have been no reports of illness; however any person concerned about their health should seek medical advice.

The product is sold in New Zealand and Australia throughout selected supermarkets. Customers should return the product to their retailer for a full refund or phone Green Monkey on 0064 21 889 828 with any queries.
